Neo Mechanica is run by a whole lot of people. We want the best for our users, but we really can't always filter out stupid, inappropriate content. Also, sometimes it's fun to be a little ridiculous on the internet.

Neo Mechanica and its administration are just a bunch of fun-loving people who can't be held responsible for what appears on this site as well as the forum. We promise to try our best to make things fun for all, but there's always likely to be something on here that you don't agree with. Just remember that it's all in good humor. However, if you come across something that violates our policies, just let an admin know, and they will take care of its removal.

I don't want to write a lecture on the freedom of internet speech, so just keep in mind that as a principle, we won't censor anything we don't have to. If you disagree with anything, you an either ignore it (the wise move) or confront it (this makes flame wars).

Also, let's mention the fallacy of composition. For example, if one of our members enjoys Errotic Macrame, it does not mean that all of us do. Likewise, no individual can speak for Neo Mechanica as a whole, except CerebralDivinity, and he will only do so sparingly through the declaration of the site's policies and rules.
